What format are the care packages in?
Every package is a PDF. Print the whole thing, print just the high-use pages, or keep it open on your phone, tablet, or computer next to the enclosure.
How long are they?
Each package runs 34 to 44 pages depending on species. Every one covers setup, diet, health red flags, and an owner routine - the exact page count is listed on that package's card in the store and on its product page.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each package is a one time purchase, $8.99, yours to keep. No recurring charge.
Do these replace the free guides on the rest of the site?
No. They are the same research and the same standards, reformatted into an offline manual. The site stays free. The packages exist for when you want a printable, all in one reference.
How do I get the file after paying?
The download is on the thank you page the moment the payment clears, and it stays available afterwards in your library. There is no account to create at checkout: the email you pay with is the one that owns the purchase.
What if a package gets updated later?
If a package is revised, the file behind your purchase updates too, at no extra cost. Sign in to your library with the email you bought with and download the current edition whenever you like.
What if it is not what I expected?
Refunds within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Message me from the contact page and we will process it. A refund removes the package from your library and ends your licence to it, so we ask that you delete any copy you downloaded or printed.
Are these a substitute for a vet?
No. Each package is a husbandry reference for day to day care, not a substitute for a vet who is experienced with your pet's species. For anything urgent or health related, a vet is always the right call.
Do I need to already know how to care for this animal?
No. Each package is written for beginner and intermediate keepers, with a quick species profile up front and a first 30 days checklist to get set up correctly from day one.
